Contrib Section Added to wx.NET Site

Hello,

I've just finished creating a contributing page to the wx.NET site.

The page details how to create a wrapper for a C++ class, and how to
use the Perl generator script.  Basically meant as a primer for adding
new controls and widgets.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.
