Hallo, ---<story>--- I would like to try wx.NET on my Linux box. I installed wxWidgets 2.5.2-release. I compiled that by myself and then installed under /usr/local. After this I used the manual to compile&install wx.NET. At first I had the all to known problem with libwx-c.so & co., but after a while looking in this list I get it run. ---<problem>--- If I try to start any sample I get always the same error: Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set toan instance of an object in (unmanaged) (wrapper managed-to-native) wx.App:wxApp_Run (int, string[]) in <0x00004> (wrapper managed-to-native) wx.App:wxApp_Run (int, string[]) in <0x00021> wx.App:Run () in <0x00031> Samples.Controls:Main () I tried the 0.5-release and even cvs-head. ---<env>--- Debian 3.1 unstable on x86 wxWidgets 2.5.2 wx.NET 0.5 Thanks in advance for your help, Martin ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by BEA Weblogic Workshop FREE Java Enterprise J2EE developer tools!
