wxGlade

I've got wx.NET compiled and I'd like to try it out
with wxGlade. I'm very familiar with wxGlade with
wxPython, but I'm totally new to wx.NET and just cant
figure how to get a basic app running.

Is there any 'hello world' type of tutorial out there
for wx.NET/wxGlade?
If not, would someone be willing to post a simple .wxg file
and an accomanying .cs file that uses a wxGlade
generated XRC file?
