how to use wx-c.dll with plain c

Hi,
trying to use wx-c.dll with plain c.
But there is no documentation to be found.
Can get a window to display and also several widgets,
but struggle with the menues.

How/when use wxMenu?
How/when use wxMenuBase?
How/when use wxMenuBar?

Are there any examples for plain c?

This dll is excellent for plain c.
Can you help please?
