Cannot add assembly wx.Net assembly to mono

Running gacutil with mono 1.1.6 and wx.Net V0.6.1 under Windows I get 
the following error:-

Assembly 'c:\blah\blah\wx.Net.dll" has the non-standard metadata heap #-.
Recompile it correctly (without the /incremental switch or in release 
mode). Failure adding assembly to the cache: The file is not a valid 
assembly.

 From browsing the archives it seems that this problem turned up also 
appeared in wx.Net V 0.5.1 and was fixed by a rebuild and reposting of 
the package. Any chance of such an update for the current version....?
