Linker errors when making wxnet

Hi,

we ran into problems trying to use the StyledTextCtrl under MacOS X.
We figured that we need to build wx.NET ourselves, but that
consistently doesn't work: ld fails because it doesn't see some
required symbols (precise error messages are below). This applies when
building both with a wxMac installed via fink and with a wxMac we
compiled using wx.NET's build system ('make wxw'). Google searches,
searches in this mailing list archives, the page about building in the
documentation, and install.txt are inconclusive.

We are approaching a deadline and would very much appreciate it if you
could help us ton this one, even if it may be trivial. (It's at least
non-trivial enough that the wx.NET build system can't handle it.)
