Compiling

Hi,
I am new to the wx.net-list.
Is there any more Information on how to compile wx.net?
http://wxnet.sourceforge.net/building_from_source.html talkes about
building using wx.Net.Build.exe, however I seem to be unable to find
that file in cvs-sources..
building_from_source also talks about  wx.Net.Build.Linux.boo but this
file has an error in line 60, line 82 and references files in
/home/hmeyer/ - a folder which does not exist on my machine.

I have tried running premake - with no luck at all.
premake prints "Generating Visual Studio 2005 solution and project
files:" and then nothing ever happens...

Any Hints?
