wx.Right vs. wxALIGN_RIGHT

Hi again, this might also be a design decision, but wxWindows (again including the scripts) sofar a 100% consistent naming for flags, no matter if that is the official orthography in that language or not. Right now, the sizers e.g. have been documented with flags that are named wxALIGN_RIGHT etc whereas wx.NET uses a lower case naming scheme (unless I misread the source). I suggest again to change the naming to wxWindows conventions. What do you think?
