The reasons they have for putting those additional terms are entirely sane, and they're not doing it to be malicious. And if you don't like them, you can remove them of course and be pure AGPL. I think we need more of this in tech, not less, since they're trying to sustain their business in a reasonable way. AFAICT. One way to pay for Free Software!
