To be fair, AGPLv3 says you can modify the license to give additional 
permissions, but not to add restrictions. And I think "permissions" in 
that context ought to be something that doesn't encroach on the OSD.

Removing/waiving an obligation (or per AGPL, granting an additional 
permission) is kosher, but substituting a restriction in its place would 
seem to violate both the terms of AGPLv3 and the OSD. So double bad.
