"Standard Version" as used in the license means "Unmodified source code", this license also has the other version you mentioned, as well, it’s the following paragraph:
“Neither the name of the project nor the name, username, handle, etc, of the project developer may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.”

That assumes that by "Standard Version" the license means "Unmodified

source code"; if it means something else, it would depend on what.

Regardless, it's not possible to make any real judgement without seeing

the whole license.

The more common thing in licenses is a requirement to NOT include the

source organization's name on modified versions.
