Re: [DISCUSS] PUWL v1.0 – P-EADCA Universal Waiver License

Hi everyone,

This “license” is intended to function as a public domain dedication
wherever legally possible,
and as a full waiver of all rights in jurisdictions where a public
domain dedication is not recognized.
The remaining clauses do not reserve any rights; they only clarify
that the waiver cannot be interpreted
as permission for unlawful acts, false authorship claims, or patent aggression.

The ChatGPT statement is included purely for transparency.
Some of the wording was iteratively refined through interactive
drafting sessions with an AI language model,
but all conceptual direction, final wording choices, and legal
responsibility rest entirely with me.
The note simply acknowledges that AI was used as a drafting tool, not
as a co-author or rights holder.
If it is generally considered unnecessary, I can remove it, but I
preferred to keep it to clarify how the cookie was made. 🍪
