Hi Morten, Rather than diving too deeply into legal interpretations at this stage, it's possible that the following rule-of-thumb I offer to my clients may help you here. If the recipient of some source code unavoidably requires a relationship with the party granting the license in order to use it for any purpose in any location, it should not be considered open source. Obviously there is plenty of nuance to be wrapped around that, but the principle may well help you understand whether your intention is achievable through OSI's approval process.
