Command '/bin/sh -c /usr/lib/drbd/notify-out-of-sync.sh root' terminated with exit code 127

Hello

I always get for notification commands 127 error. How can I debug it? 
System is on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, both have identical 
problem.

I only found in log:

helper command: /sbin/drbdadm out-of-sync exit code 127 (0x7f00)

If I try run over drbdadm, I get

# /sbin/drbdadm -v out-of-sync web6
/bin/sh -c /usr/lib/drbd/notify-out-of-sync.sh\ root
Command '/bin/sh -c /usr/lib/drbd/notify-out-of-sync.sh root' terminated 
with exit code 127

If I run only the command I dont get any output.

/bin/sh -c /usr/lib/drbd/notify-out-of-sync.sh root

(no output)
