1. What does it take to convert the TeX encoding to UTF8? 2. If there is someone who would be willing to go over the Hebrew text, word by word, and compare it with one of the printed editions of the Ginsburg Hebrew Bible, then we would have an idea about the accuracy of the editing done on this project. 3.
