Not all SWORD/JSword front-end apps have a UI control to show/hide/select variants in modules that have

GlobalOptionFilter=OSISVariants

specified in the conf file and with the related markup in the OSIS textsource.

The new module FreVulgGlaire currently in CrossWire Beta makes use of this feature.

Please consider to add support for this feature in your front-end app.

Tip: The aforementioned module can be used to test the feature.
