It seems that one of the primary changes in the new KJV module is to get rid of the "ae" as composed "æ" or "Æ" and replace them with "e" or "E", respectively. While I'm not sure that that's technically the correct spelling, as opposed to just decomposing the character into "ae" and "AE", I wanted to point out that you missed one. John 3:23 still has "Ænon". And for what it's worth, the new title on the module has an extra space before the "and CatchWords" that was added.
