Xiphos and Windows 11 (x64)

Hi everyone, If you use Xiphos on a Windows 11 (x64) PC, has anyone else observed that the Module Manager crashes out after it deletes an installed module? See https://github.com/crosswire/xiphos/issues/1127 NB. I've just spoken with Karl about this (via Messenger).
