I could, as long as regex can be used with entity attribute search type. But, 
it feels a little cludgey, and isn't needed if the entity attribute is or 
becomes 0 padded at some point. It's also better to detect G0 and H0 in my 
search term to see if I'm even looking for a Strong's number and not some 
random word starting with G or H.
