SWORD fam:

I've been working my way towards a new and more convenient way to build
SWORD utils for Windows. You can read about the journey and how it's
*almost* complete over on my blog:
https://thehellings.com/posts/sword-cross-20241018/. There is also a link,
there, to download the binary.

It's a build of the latest release 1.9.0 rather than SVN head. Once I get
the last few libraries working in the native upstream, I will put together
a way to build SVN head. It's not difficult, I'm just focusing at the
moment on enabling the cross build.

Those of you on Windows, if you could give them a spin, I would appreciate
it. I verified that they're at least able to execute on my local system,
but I don't have any real use for them on that machine to do any extensive
testing. Although they might not be the very latest versions of the tools,
themselves, they do come with the latest versions of the dependency
libraries like libcurl and especially ICU.
