Failed to sync config file with master remote source list

Hello,

Somehow the install manager fails to synchronize the config file.

$ installmgr -sc

Failed to sync config file with master remote source list.

Is this a known issue at the moment?

In the past this used to work. I am not sure when it stopped working, just
that it does not work now.

If there were a work-around or solution to this, that would be great.
