Xiphos will use any font you have installed, on any module you like, or 
on a per-language basis for all modules of a certain Lang=XYZ.

by language: Preferences → Fonts → Sizes and Faces → Font preferences, 
per language → pick one
by module: context menu → Module Options → Font → pick one

As far as I'm aware, pilcrows do not survive rendering to XHTML.
