When a new issue in created in https://tracker.crosswire.org/
it's often the case that the Assignee by default is still [the late] Chris Little.

cf. This just happened again after MarjanŠavli created issue 109 in MODTOOLS.

Please would somebody that knows how change the default to someone in CrossWire that is alive and active as a coder. Thanks.
