The help for the Sword utility diatheke includes the following:

> Valid output_format values are: CGI, GBF, HTML, HTMLHREF, LaTeX, OSIS, RTF,
> ThML, WEBIF, XHTML, plain, and internal (def)

Suggestion: Add support for output format Markdown

IIRC, the most recently added output format is LaTeX.
