It might be local-ish, but my laptop is going over free wifi at the car
dealership and my phone is going out across a cell carrier instead. So
they're not going across the same connection. I just tried again using my
home computer and curl worked fine from there. So I'm not sure what's going
on. Guess I'll wait to do my SVN up when I get home!
