Amavis filter checkin

I've checked in verions 1.39 of the amavis filter.

Files updated:

    - scripts/services/amavis
    - conf/services/amavis.conf

Changes:

  - Removed inadvertent debug prints, and extra newline
    from timing reports.
  - Changed amavis timing report to display percentiles
    instead of mean.  Percentiles are user configurable.

Additional details were sent to the user's list.
