I'll see how good it looks by then but there is no rush. In fact the 
long we take the better the release will probably be.

I just committed the first pass of logwatch.pl and logwatch.conf. The 
testing was pretty simple I just ran all the combos off the command line 
on my desktop. Nothing seemed broken so I figured I'd commit it just to 
get it in. Tomorrow I'll start looking at some of the other details and 
hitting my "fixme" comments.

I also noticed that I kept --save when I was going to change it to 
--filename as per Bjorn's suggestion. I'll probably circle back and fix 
that also unless anyone really doesn;t like that idea?
