I added a note and an install line for the new logwatch.cron file. If  
there is no cron.daily dir the sample cron will get installed to  
$CONFIGDIR/ so that it can be called from a crontab.

I just update 2 Solaris 10 installed with the CVS version and they  
appear to be working fine so I think the cvs tree is pretty stable.  
I'm going to try like heck to push through to 8.0 pretty soon.
