Re: release?

Hi there people.
I do use Logwatch 7.3.6 on a cPanel 11 managed server with CENTOS 
Enterprise. I always used Logwatch with a Detail level = 5 (Medium) and the 
generated daily logs usually didn't go larger than 30 KB. But when I 
upgraded cPanel from v11.18.3 Stable Build 21703 to v11.18.5 Stable Build 
23897, on May 7th, Logwatch started logging POP3 activity in a more detailed 
way, breaking down each and every connection to each and every pop3 account, 
even when no data were transmitted in such connections. This caused my logs 
to become bigger (900 KB) and full of useless data. I resolved this issue 
today lowering the Detail level to 0 (Low). I'm waiting for the next 
midnight report in order to see if this is effectively the solution.

BTW, I wonder what may caused this change since the cPanel upgrade didn't 
altered the logwatch conf file.

Also, I would like to give a try to the CVS versions of Logwatch, but I 
don't know where I can pick it for download.
