merge logreporters and logwach

Hi guys,  

Mike Cappella, the author of the postfix and amavisd-new logreporter scripts,
asked me if we would like to reintegrate his service scripts into logwatch.
In that case he will change the license from GPL to MIT. I think that is a
great idea and we should use this chance to improve logwatch's functionality.
Has someone any concerns about this? Otherwise I will ask Mike C. to change
the license and commit his files to the repository.
