Version 7.4.1 released

Hi everybody,

I have released revision 242 as logwatch version 7.4.1. I even updated the 
source and noarch RPMs.
logwatch-7.4.1 is a bugfix release. There's no new functionality compared to 
7.4.0.

So, what's next:
* remove the header/date handling from service scripts and use shared
  scripts instead.
* add some shared functions to ease output creation.
* Have a look at systemd's journal (Patch#34)
* ...

PS: I added some folders to subversion's root folder and moved all other stuff 
into the folder 'trunk'. This allows us to keep track of releases/tags and 
branches.
