fail2ban problem with patch

Hi, in Debian, I had to revert parts of svn revision 205, because fail2ban reporting stopped working: the custom date format is not supported by OnlyService and RemoveHeaders, so all those lines do pass these scripts - therefore, nothing is reported by the fail2ban script.
