I'm afraid we have long languished without a proper project leader or 
plans for how to make releases.  Stefan Jakobs made the most recent 
releases and created the 4.3.2beta that he tagged Dec 24, 2014, but I'm 
afraid there hasn't been much work towards a release procedure since 
then.  I've simply been making commits to the trunk, which probably 
hasn't helped, but I hate using svn.

I still make extensive use of logwatch myself and would like to see the 
project continue, but I don't have a lot of extra time and have not 
wanted to step on anyone else's toe is this matter.

Who else is still on board here?
