Requirements for Lion Server...

Hi, If I upgrade my OSX Snow Leopard client to Lion, will I be able to then upgrade to Lion Server for about ~$50.00 ? If the answer is yes then would there be any benefit considering 1) My home server is a mac mini. ( core 2 duo ) 2) I am the only user. 3) I am running my own wiki ( Moin ). 4) I am running my own (local) Nameserver. 5) I am running a VPN server on the mini for remote access. 6) I am running my own SVN server. 7) I have enabled WEBDAV on the server. My home network contains 5 computers, iPad, iPhone, IP Camera, ATV2, and a WDTV Live. Yes it is overkill but I used to teach CS and after I retired nine years ago I had to do something to keep my sanity, Family health problems require that I must spend most of my time at home... Jerry
