Right. SL server was, surprisingly, pretty straight forward with this. Lion is *TOTALLY* different.

None of those prefs, settings, workflows—nothing works the same. The only mention of home directories that I have found in the Server.app (yes,t here is just the one app now) is in the File and Sharing settings.
