Renewing Kerberos tickets

              If you are authenticating Macs against a kerberos KDC
(OD, AD, MIT, Heimdal, etc), is there a way to either renew a
kerberos ticket automagically (in windows that is done when a
kerberos-yielding application starts or does something that needs
kerberos) or at least a bit more Mac like (nice friendly gui-based
thingie)? Having the average user do kinit in a terminal window is not
going to work, so I need a better way.
