I'm assuming you mean that this is a software RAID 0 done in Disk Utility.  If so, put the two HDDs in some external cases (or some USB drive docks) and plug them into a Mac.  Software RAID will work on any other Mac.  They don't even have to be in the same case/dock.  I've done software RAID over two different USB cables to two different docks with no problems.

If it is a hardware RAID, with a dedicated RAID card installed in the G4, you will need to find a computer to plug that RAID card into as well.
