Need some working samples for DHCP to Static IP using SCNetworkConfiguration

I am trying to change the current DHCP setting of Airport interface to Manual.
I am trying to use the SCNetworkConfiguration programming interface.
But I am not able to find sucess.
I have seen that in the past list archives their are threads which shows problems with 
using SCNetworkConfiguration.
So If any one is having a working code for making changes in network configurations dynamically like DHCP to Static, please provide some inputs.
