Re: clang++ differences between High Sierra and Catalina ?

Hmm. I'll hazard a guess that your Xcode installation (plus command line tools) is a bit tussed and needs to be reinstalled. Using a mismatched Xcode + command line tools dmg can result in this kind of behavior.

∙ Does /usr/local/opt/readline/lib exist? Why is it referenced?
∙ Is there an instance of libstdc++.dylib in /usr/lib? (High Sierra)
∙ Do you have a /usr/lib/libc++.dylib? (Catalina)
