Chill pads

Has anyone ever run into any actively refrigerated laptop pads? Ones that actually plug in, maybe with a Peltier junction in them? My MBP, plugged into ,y large-screen display, goes into kernel_task slowdown mode every time the ambient temp goes above 80°. Problem is, I keep my home above 80° in the summer, so fan-type coolers won't be any help.
