I ran into a bunch of these this week = upgrading my MBP from High Sierra to Monterey in one swoop. Note that = the KB page you cite is from 2020, and a lot can happen in two years. It would be interesting (if possible) to right click the phrase "this = link" and see if the URL matches the domain name of the server in use = today; then see if the old domain name still goes anywhere at all, which = I suspect is causing the error. It's possible that by editing /etc/hosts = to redirect the old name to the current server, stuff might actually = start working, but it's a long shot. Here's what I would recommend to solve your problem cleanly: run = Migration Assistant on your Mojave machine and use the High Sierra = machine as the copysource.
