I was forced to upgrade to Ventura today as the only option to unbrick =
my Mini when yesterday's Monterey update bricked it hard.
Upon logging in, I was presented with a demand that I agree to new =
iCloud terms and conditions or forego its use.
The TOS were interminable and unreadable, as usual. What was unusual was =
no help screen or other offer of the form, "here's a brief summary of =
the changes we made." This triggered my paranoia.
I went to the web and asked it (in multiple, various ways) what was new =
or changed about the Ventura TOS. All the search engines were polluted =
with articles about an early bug in Ventura that forced people to =
re-agree to the TOS every time they rebooted, so if there were any =
describing the textual differences, they got swamped off the screen.
Has anybody seen an article summarizing what was changed in the iCloud =
TOS for Ventura?
