M1 Macbook Pro won't update to Ventura 13.3.1

I have a M1 Macbook Pro that is stuck at Ventura 13.1 and doesn't see the 13.3.1 update. The Apple menu, "System Settings..." shows "1 update", but when I click on that and go into Settings, it says I'm at 13.1 and "Your Mac is up to date". Other M1 Macs in the lab are at Ventura 13.3.1. Is there a way to "force" an update? -Carl
