I think you are out of luck here. This printer has two things going against it: first, it is a serial printer, and serial printing is unsupported on OS X (although it can be made to work); second, and most significantly for you, this printer is a "quickdraw" printer and although the Page Description Language is possibly quite simple it is totally undocumented and thus no driver exists for this type of printer (at least as far as I know). If you could somehow capture the data stream coming from your computer running OS 9 and going to the printer, you might be on the road to reverse engineering the PDL.
