I checked the .dat, .log and .msg files, nothing catches my eyes as a problem. I am attaching them to this email. Since I never encountered this error I am not so sure how to find the root of the error. I didn't find any .sta file in the output folder but there is a .stt file which is somewhere around 1GB so I couldn't attach it here.

Sorry, I meant the .sta, .dat and the . msg files. What's in them?

Yes I did. If I remove one of the files it doesn't compile properly. While there is no problem with compilation.

Did you check the files?

Dear All,
I am encountering an error while trying to run a umat in abaqus. The error is as the following:
Error in job Job-1: The executable standard.exe aborted with system error code 1073740940. Please check the .dat, .msg, and ..sta files for error messages if the files exist. If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem, please run the command "abaqus job=support information=support" to report and save your system information. Use the same command to run Abaqus that you used when the problem occurred. Please contact your local Abaqus support office and send them the input file, the file support.log which you just created, the executable name, and the error code.
The error happen after showing a message that analysis input file processor completed successfully.
I am not sure how to debug the code for this error. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,Mehdi
