incremental meshing is not supported around seam cracks

Hi All The model is of 3D plates with seam crack using contour integral. 
 After defining crack in 3D model. the crack tip region partition with a square box divided to 8 sectors around the crack tip (triangular parts). the element defined as wedge elements once, and hex-dominated another time. but in a different scenario, the mesh did not generate with an error {incremental meshing is not supported around seam cracks}
 I could not find any post about the above-mentioned error!
 Do you have any suggestions, please
