use abaqus to model fatigue crack closure

Hi there. 
I am currently working on replicate Dodd's work, entitled 'three-dimensional effects on fatigue crack closure in the smalle-scale yielding regime - a finite element study' 

Below is the model and result of Dodd's paper. 





While what I got is the below result 


Anyone can tell me what is the possible error? Thanks.
