Hi,

I am supposed to run a calculation with frictional contacts defined. And want to know if this contact friction can used to generate heat between these two surfaces.

Does abaqus has this capability? And if yes, can anyone share me a link or small assembly to exhibit this phenomena?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Manoj Patil
