You can open the Abaqus/CAE and go to File->Import->Model and select the input file that contains the mesh that you want to import in Abaqus.
 To construct this input file, you need to specify the options:
 

 *HEADING
 *PART,NAME=<part name>
 *NODE
 <your node definitions>
 *ELEMENT,TYPE=<element type>
 <your element definitions>

 *END PART
 

 in a text file and save it with the extension *.inp.
