cutting simulation with CEL

i tried to simulate cutting simulation with coupled eulerian lagrangian method. i got an error which i didn't know the reason.
 only one iteration was done in which the total energy and kinetic energy were equal to 3.40282e+38. it seems that was abnormal!!!!
 

 the msg of errors "The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.

 There are a total of 18 excessively distorted elements

 If any one can help me to find the problem please!!!
